Design a Vacuform Machine with the following features:

- Adjustable frame with a 3' x 3' limit

- A Shuttle w/Ball Bearing system to raise the frame to the heat

- Counterweights for a one person workflow

VACUUM SYSTEM

The vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, two 11 gallon air tanks, steel tubing/fittings and the general purpose platen or the 3D printed interchngeable platen system (see the presentation above for full details on that).

THE FINAL

Here is the final vacu-form.  Yes, that is what you think.  Once the vacu-form was finished and I proved to myself that I could design and execute this project, I put it in storage and got my livingroom back.
